Way before HGTV made it cool, Kevin grew up in a family where buying, fixing up and selling homes was the norm. His grandmother Janet was a founding partner of the Century 21 Northeast Franchise in Southern Maine where Kevin grew up. After graduating college with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he quickly began investing in real estate. In the next few years, Kevin and his wife Dayna purchased and renovated 4 investment properties themselves and began building their real estate portfolio which includes short and long term rental homes from Portland to Cape Cod. Known for his exceptional work ethic and management skills, Kevin decided to become a REALTOR®.
