We were first time buyers so he also explained to us the process. Kevin negotiated for the seller to pay for the repairs of the home, we were very thankful! I was telling him how my kids love to play basketball and he surprised us with a basketball hoop when we got our home! Kevin helped me sell my home, we had some square footage added when we bought the home and forgot to have it added to the tax records officially. Kevin helped us resolve this issue and had the Maricopa county inspect the additions we constructed and had them officially add the extra square footage.
