I met Kevin a few years ago when my family and I decided to look into purchasing a second home in the Venice area. I reached out on FB for any recommendations and he replied to my post. What a nice guy! Down to earth, not pushy, listens to what you are looking for, and VERY patient (you need to be when you are dealing with us NYers!) While home here in NY we came across a listing in Venice and I reached out to Kevin and he went to look at the unit first thing in the morning for us, didn't even hesitate! He took a video of his walkthrough so that we can get a feel of the unit, explaining the layout, features, development etc. We said we will take it and he drew up the contract and submitted our offer! It was accepted later that day and thank goodness Kevin did that because multiple offers came in but ours was the only one on paper! While we were waiting to close, we wanted to get a few estimates on remodeling the condo. Because we were still in NY Kevin would take time out of his day to meet with contractors for us so that they can take a look at the unit to give us prices on the remodel. How many people would do that for you? If you are looking for an honest realtor Kevin is your guy. He does not disappoint!

I cannot say enough positive about Kevin as our realtor...where do I begin?? My family and I (myself, Husband and 3 boys ages 21, 19 and 16) moved down to Venice completely BLINDLY!!! We have lived in New York City our entire lives. Never moved once in our lives. Imagine the transition of NYC TO VENICE??? Well...all I can say is ‘ IT WAS THE BEST MOVE WE EVER MADE AND WITH THE BEST REALTOR I COULD EVER HAVE HOPED FOR’!!! Kevin made our transition SEAMLESS!!! I didn’t believe him when he said “don’t worry...I’ll take care of EVERYTHING”. But he really did take care of everything making our move and transition seamless. Made us feel as if we had lived here for years with all of his contacts and knowledge. I don’t think we would have made the move here had we not had the luck of having Kevin as our realtor.
