We had property for sale for 1 &1/2 years. Glad to have finally sold it.

Kevin had property for sale the last 6 months. He did a great job. We were surprised in the end that we had to pay seller's and buyer's closing costs; never did understand that exactly.

Thank you for the nice review! I appreciate it. The only closing costs you paid for the Buyer were 1/2 of the escrow closing fee and for purchasing the Buyer's title insurance. Both of these are very standard practice for sellers. I'll send you a separate email. Great to work with you!
