Our Experience with Kevin has always been friendly and professional. That's probably why we have used him twice to sell two different properties. We had a difficult time leaving our property in Meridian, ID. Along with our son and son-in-law, we helped design and oversee the construction of the house. It was very hard to leave. Kevin held our hands and guided us through the process. He even helped do the repairs and made sure all the to-do items got finished. Kevin kept us informed and made sure we were happy with the progress. Kevin was current with knowledge of the local market and helped us set the price and later a cost reduction. We don't plan to sell property again, but if we do we will call Kevin Hanigan.
Kevin had property for sale the last 6 months. He did a great job. We were surprised in the end that we had to pay seller's and buyer's closing costs; never did understand that exactly.

Kevin was a rock star as our realtor, exceeding expectations in all categories. He: 1. Communicated well. From even before the listing, Kevin covered very deeply what to expect, probable length of time on market, items we needed to take care of before the listing… the list goes on and on. 2. Knowledgeable as a Realtor. He understood the local market and was able to guide us through the process, as well as specific and overall real estate knowledge. I’ve known many realtors and he was the best at this. 3. Service. Kevin was available all the time - way beyond what we expected. I’m two time zones away, and get up early, which means it would be the middle of the night for Kevin, yet somehow he would be available. My expectations were to get a response sometime later in the day, but I would get them early and quickly. I was amazed. 4. Overall professionalism. He treated us (and everyone I saw him interact with) professionally and with the utmost care. Kevin is who you want to have on your side as a realtor.
Meeting Kevin was a fortuitous unplanned occurrence. My Aunt had passed away and left me her home, which I was thinking of selling. Kevin's Mom lives next door to us and when he stopped by to see her, I approached him with questions about Selling homes in Idaho. He was just what the doctor ordered! he took on the house and had four separate offers before it was even listed before it was even posted. The first people the people who bought the house, came in with an offer and cash in hand, and that was all she wrote what a painless and rewarding experience. I had never purchased a home before. My late husband and I always bought land and had a home built. Kevin had researched this property and could tell me just what the HOA dues covered, who my neighbors were and answered any questions I had. This was a sought-after piece of property and there were several offers, as well as mine. Kevin, in his wisdom of real estate law, spoke with the listing agent and confirmed mine was the most desireable. Kevin kept me informed every step of the way. He told me every choice and advised me of the consequences of each. At the time all this was going on I didn't have a car, having sold mine in Florida where I lived for 6 months. Kevin not only showed me the property, he picked me up and drove me to look at properties, meet with the inspector, etc. Kevin is just a special agent who goes the extra mile for his clients.
