Kevin Hanigan was an extraordinary Realtor when faced with selling my parents' home. Kevin was knowledgeable, punctual, thorough, creative, personable and went above and beyond my expectations. The home needed a bit of TLC and Kevin not only pointed out things for me to do to prepare the home to sell, he helped me do some of the things that were needed! It had been many years since I had been involved with this type of situation and transaction and I was quite apprehensive about the process. It was also emotional as it was my parents' home not mine, and Kevin was patient and compassionate when I melted down at times. I will definitely use Kevin for any future real estate needs and I cannot recommend him highly enough to everyone else. He made a potentially very stressful experience easy and smooth for me.
