Kevin always followed the covid-19 protocols from the time he first visited to the time escrow closed and the keys were turned in. He never wavered on that. We always felt and often expressed to each other that Kevin had "done his homework." He was very knowledgeable of the market sales prices and trends in the area. He was honest and committed to making sure that, as sellers, we were treated fairly, with up-to-date market analyses. First off let me say Kevin is a truly wonderful agent and more important a better person. So my wife and I decided it was time to upgrade our home but we didn't realize how green we were on how the process works as it's been 22 year since we dealt with buying a home and it was a new home where the builder glides you through. Basically the true is we were lost this real estate market out there is no joke! Kevin is a master of how this whole process works. Oh BTW somewhere about half way I checked out just couldn't handle walking into another home and of couse most of the time I thought it was prefect to find out that it wasn't her dream home at all, so we both decided it was for the best I stayed home and she would call me if something looked promising (THAT WAS A TRUE BLESSING for me) not sure it was as fun for Kevin though. Mr. George is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate (as well as many other things). Very thorough during the entire process. Kept my wife and I up to date with the constant changes. Worked countless behind the scene hours and honestly made the purchase very simple for us first time buyers. Highly recommended for anybody looking to buy a home.
