There were several things that had to be done with the sell of my mother property, it was in a trust and we had to be sure that everything was followed by the guidelines of her trust. There were some questions that needed expertise advice which Kevin gave if he didn't have the answer he got it for us or advised us who we she should be in contact with he never came across as having all the answers and I truly appreciated that. We communicated very well always he would keep me on top of things that he was doing and what needed to be done going forth. He showed professionalism to the utmost level i have referred a couple of people to him because of how he conducts himself.
