Kevin and his team. Helped me with both the purchase of my new home as well as the sale of my old one. This sale had several hurdles that were taken care of by kevin and his team. Our story is a complicated one! We lost a house at closing because the sellers misrepresented how much of the property they owned. Kevin and his team were on it, negotiating with the seller’s immediately and from any angle he could. He had a variety of solutions to the situation and we finally had to walk away. We were devastated and he honored our feelings, understood them and helped us move forward gently. Kevin and his team are excellent communicators and will never pressure to buy or sell. Our selling experience was awesome as well. I gave Kevin a hard time about decluttering for listing photos but our home had an offer in three days (in March no less)!
