Kevin was invaluable to us closing on a new home. We saw homes after the 2022 real estate boom when the Fed raised interest rates. Many were quick flips, with superficial fixes and paint to cover up problems. Kevin pointed out these and taught us what to look for to avoid seeing bogus houses. He worked with our schedules to meet evenings and weekends. Sometimes, we texted him about a home and he would set up a tour within hours. We found a house and when we got there, the listing was off the market as the seller’s new home was delayed. Keven arranged for us to see the home anyway. We liked it, and made plans to wait until the seller relisted. We found two other homes we liked. Kevin arranged tours and got us comparative sales and background data. One was listed $100K more than it was worth. The seller had done a bit of work but left more for a buyer to do. A massive oak tree grew very close to the back wall. Cost to remove the tree would be $4500. We put in a bid and asked for a concession for the tree. The seller was inflexible. Kevin said we probably didn’t want the deal but continued to negotiate with the seller. That house is still on the market. We found a new construction home we liked but was over our budget. Kevin helped us get higher preapproval. He said it wouldn’t last on market long. It was bought with cash for more than asking price next day. The house we finally bought was below our budget, with Kevin negotiating concessions for us also. The seller had purchased it with open and/or expired permits. There was no clear title. Kevin negotiated with the sellers’ agent to get repairs completed, inspected, and permits closed. This was a growth experience, and ultimately rewarding as we have the home we want, meeting our many criteria, and less than our budget price. We’re happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Kevin for anyone interested in buying a home – especially 1st time homebuyers and veterans!

We found chemistry working with Kevin that made finding our dream home professional, comfortable and easy. With a no pressure approach to real estate, Kevin worked wholeheartedly to eliminate houses that he thought would not be a good fit for us, always giving us his professional as to why the houses would not be a good fit. At the same he worked tirelessly and diligently finding us houses that he thought would be a good fit for us. I commend his hard ethics and professionalism. I also want to thank him for his tireless effort and energy in helping us to find our dream home.

Kevin was very attentive in our house hunting journey. After a few outings we realized the price point we were looking at did not fit what we had in mind. After making some changes Kevin raked through listings and we started the hunt all over again. There was a house I’d had my eye on for over a month but was not able to put an offer on it yet due to the type of loan I had for another two weeks. Kevin reached out to the realtor asking if we could take a look at it. The next week we looked at two houses I wouldn’t be able to put an offer on for at least a week. The second house I fell in love with, but of course we’d have to wait a week… Kevin drew up the paperwork and had it all ready to go so it would send out and be the first offer they saw. Later the same day we put the offer in we got the call that it was accepted. I’m so glad Kevin took a chance on showing us that house because it’s now our home. With how quick the market is these days Kevin had his work cut out for him. Sometimes we’d meet up and he’d have a few houses to check out that were just listed that morning. Sometimes by the time we were done viewing houses a few of them would be off the market by the time we made it back home. If you didn’t act quick it was gone before you even had a chance to look at it in person. After months of looking and 50 something houses later we found the one. When Kevin says he’ll keep looking as long as we want he means it!

Feom start to finish Kevin was diligent in providing only homes that would suit our needs and wants, pointing out the good bad and ugly of some homes made our decision making much easier! Kevin has great knowledge of the region and what will suit a families needs. He stayed thw course in the difficult times of our process and overall made the experience pleasant and worthwhile!
