All around good to work with
Kevin was able to obtain 12% more from my house sale than the previous agent I worked with estimated it would be worth. When I could not be at the house when work needed to be done there, Kevin was present. When I had questions or paper work needed to be modified Kevin was very responsive by phone, txt and email. Kevin is knowledgeable and has a calm pleasant demeanor. If I had another real estate transaction in the area I would not hesitate to utilize his services again.
