Kevin was really great to work with. It was my first time buying a home, and he made the process much easier and less intimidating than I originally thought it would be. He also was able to negotiate a lower price than was listed to get us a good deal on the property. It was clear that he has a lot of knowledge and offered honest and realistic advice for things we should be looking out for. Would highly recommend working with him.

I have worked with many realtors in the past but Kevin truly is the best. After looking for a one story house or townhome for months we finally found one that we liked. Kevin helped us with a great offer which was accepted right away. Through the process Kevin was always available, worked hard, and was very professional and enthusiastic. As soon as I called, Kevin picked up the phone and within an hour we had an appointment to see the house. In less than a few hours The offer was written and accepted. WOW!!!! Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process of purchasing our first home. I follow Kevin’s realty page on Facebook, and after reading his reviews and seeing his posts around his previous clients who have been successful in purchasing he’d been in the back of my mind for when they day came that we purchased our first home. We found a home we loved on Zillow on thanksgiving day. This home was in a great neighborhood, newly renovated, and large enough for us now as well as down the line when we have a family. With the real estate market being so hot in the Seattle area right now, we knew we had to move quick. I contacted Kevin on thanksgiving and received a message back within two hours. We were able to see the home that same Sunday. Through out the process Kevin never made us feel pressured. He was honest, and we both felt like he truly wanted the best for us, not just a sale under his belt. Ultimately, our offer below asking, with nothing waived, was accepted. After the inspection Kevin negotiated credits on our behalf, and our home appraised for more than we offer (hooray for instant equity!). We closed on time, and Kevin helped to take as much of the burden as he could off of us as we needed to submit various items (for example, he picked up our earnest money check and dropped it off where it needed to go so we didn’t have to take time out of work to do it). We will definitely be working with Kevin again when it is time to purchase another property. And we would absolutely recommend him to all of our friends and family.
