My wife and I were so lucky to work with Team Bennet. Kevin and Cortney were incredibly professional in every aspect of selling our home. They were also very pleasant, friendly, and easy to work with. For me, after working with many realtors, what sets them apart is their advising and negotiating skills. As a lawyer, I truly value those skills. They were not interested in making a quick deal, even when that was in their interest. Their interests were aligned with ours; getting the highest price for our house with the best possible terms. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Cortney and Kevin are an absolute dream team! They sold our house during a very tough market. From their attention to detail with such professional photography and video content, to learning every single detail of our home to give such personalized showings. They both worked tirelessly. Behind the scenes they really excelled with marketing on social media and targeted mailings. I loved that after every showing they fully updated us with important feedback. We felt as though we were so well informed all of the time. They are absolutely who we will use going forward for our next real estate deal. I have no reservations in highly recommending them. Team Bennett is the best real estate team I've ever worked with! I'm grateful for being referred to them by a friend. I was dealing with some health issues at the time and Kevin and Courtney were so awesome to work with and took on more than most relators would be willing to handle. They are so knowledgeable about the market and provided very good insight to help set the right price. They are incredibly professional, and the marketing materials are second to none! The house sold quickly for close to asking in a market that was getting softer by the day due to rising interest rates. I can't say enough good things about Team Bennett!!

They were extremely knowledgeable in helping us find our dream condo in San Diego. They are professional, ethical and put their client interests first. They most definitely know the real estate business inside and out! Working with Kevin and Cortney was like having really good family in town who we could depend on to take care of every detail. Buying a house is difficult, they made it much easier.
