Did not work for us. We contacted this person and them to help us in negotiating a good price for the home we had found in an online search. It was probably the easiest and most lucrative deal they have ever had the pleasure of making. We overpaid by quite a bit and now will most likely not even break even when we sell. I would find someone else had I to do it all over again.

I have used Kerrie For 2 purchases and one sale. She is straight up awesome. Very easy to work with very pleasant attitude will use her again and again for any furure purchases and sales.
