Nothing but Amazing!

Kerri was so amazing! My family and I inherited a house that was in horrible condition. While other realtors looked the other way and basically told us we would be lucky to get an offer and didn't want to help us, she jumped in and got us an offer we couldn't refuse. She personally took care of issues that we couldn't because my family and I are spread around 3 different states across the country. I would definitely recommend Kerri if you are wanting to sell a property in Florida fast. She was AWESOME to work with.

Going the extra mile!

We had a tricky situation. We were located out of state and had to coordinate the sale of a property that needed considerable attention to get it ready for market. Kerri was diligent in keeping the ball rolling and assisted in coordinating vendors to help with the challenging circumstances. She went above and beyond and was literally not afraid to get her hands dirty in the process. She really reduced our stress level by constantly communicating and keeping focused on the tasks at hand.

Amazing realtor (and person)!
