Excellent experience with Kerri once again!

Kerri has handled five real estate transactions for us over the years, buying and selling properties across more than one market cycle (and no, we are not in the real estate business). That alone says everything about the trust we placed in her, but the details matter too. She combines strong ethics with real market savvy, always accessible, and clearly well respected by other realtors and brokers in the area, which made negotiations and closings smoother every time. On top of all that, she's genuinely a pleasure to spend time with, and anyone who's worked with an agent knows how much that matters given the hours you spend together. Now that we've moved away from Birmingham, our only complaint is that we don't get to work with her again. We can still recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling in the area.
