Kerri was available anytime to discuss strategy - she could make you feel like the most important person in the world and the sale of your property the most important thing on her plate. She did a lot of hand holding as we went through a series of delays that were caused by the buyer. She knew how to handle everything that came up and (in retrospect) she always gave us the best advice. She’s a bright, very experienced and highly ethical businessperson who obviously cares a great deal about her reputation.
