I heartily recommend Keri as both a buyer's and a seller's agent. Keri's professionalism, care and winning personality are a forceful combination in the complex, and sometimes deeply emotional, world of residential real estate. Keri channels a lot of time and effort into a win-win outcome while maintaining a positive experience for all parties. Keri's dedication to my satisfaction was evident in every step in how she went out of her way to solidify my needs vs. wants, accommodate my viewing schedule, in a town two hours away, and provided honest advice on property values and secured contractor bids for more informed negotiating.  Throughout my two home-buying, and one home-selling, transactions, Keri was very responsive and listened. I was informed about every development, large and small. Little things she did made a difference, like frequently watering my garden in June and July while waiting for the buyer to close, ordering custom-decorated cookies for the open house, brightening my house with vases of flowers, ensuring the house was vacuumed for their new owners and even posting my king bed for sale. Keri's communication and reliability was stellar. She was always on time, or early, for appointments and gave good, local referrals for inspectors, engineers, contractors, loan companies and stagers.
