Keri Friedman is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. I hate to admit it, but I was a high needs seller as my husband passed away less than a year ago, and I needed extra support. Keri is a beautiful blend of a fantastically compassionate human being, and an outrageously competent realtor. She went so far out of her way for me that I will never forget it. I worked with Keri For almost six months getting my house ready for sale and ultimately selling it. She was incredibly patient and helpful lining up contractors and facilitating prep even before we had a listing contract. She recommended contractors, stagers and cleaners and managed much of the process while I was out of town. When we finally listed, she hosted open houses with refreshments and managed the whole process. We had several solid, "above asking" offers within days. During the inspection and closing phases of the process she was totally on top of everything helping to guide me through the various steps. She was always available to answer questions and helped set up conference calls with the title company when I had some detailed questions.
