We used Ken to sell our house earlier this year and he was amazing. Very attentive, thorough on the area research, current market conditions, suggested pricing and updates to the house. He gave us pros/cons if we did or didn't do certain house improvements and guided us through the entire journey. He didn't make us feel pressured to sell or take the first or any offers that we felt wasn't right for us. I had family issue come up right before closing and we needed to make some time adjustments to the closing time/logistics and Ken jumped on it and solved it asap and relieved our worry. Overall, the best experience we could have asked for selling our first home.

From the beginning of our first home buying journey to the end of it, Ken stuck with us the whole way. In our initial consultation, he explained the process at a granular level as to not overwhelm us, asked for our wants and desires, and immediately began sending us potential homes. During our home buying journey, he was always available whenever we saw a home that we wanted to look at. He was able to hook us up with a great lender and a great home inspector who attributed to our smooth process. After we found our home, he walked us through all of the paperwork, what it meant, and the important parts. Even on slow days of just waiting, he would always shoot us a quick call or text to check in on us or to let us know there were no news. During our walkthroughs, he was able to pick out things in the home that didn't quite make sense or wasn't something that we would have caught which attests to his knowledge and his attention to detail. And a couple months later, we are still grateful to him for taking the stress off of us and ensuring we had a smooth transition from apartment surfing renters to full fledge home owners.

He made the process from listing my property to close the sale extremely seamless and smooth.
