My whole experience was positive and stress-free--especially since it was the first time I sold a home! This was my parents' home, and that fact made it very emotional for me. Kent, Joanne, and Shelby were very knowledgeable and understanding. They always kept me informed and up to date, AND always responded by phone or text to any questions I had.
