Kent helped my business do a tricky real estate transaction that involved a 1031 exchange. Doing such a transaction involves many moving parts. Where he was lacking knowledge he researched and gained that knowledge. He was responsive, worked hard to not only market and sale this property at a very fair market price but was able to find me a replacement property within the conditions I set forth and at a good price. He understood the real estate process and where he may have some questions he is not afraid to seek and get advice. On a personal note I used Kent to sell my personal resident as I had moved out of state.
