Kent was very knowledgeable when it came to the market and helped of better figure out what we wanted in a house. Communication could not have been better always was available and willing to help in anyway. Could not have asked for a better realtor!!
Overall, My wife and I had a positive experience working with our realtor Kent Schlecht. Kent was professional throughout the process and helped guide us through the transaction from start to finish. I remember making the phone call which ended up being the best decision we could have made. It was late afternoon and i was surprised to not only have the call answered but Kent immediately without hesitation called me back after making arrangements with another realtor for an appointment on a family home that we were very interested in. The very next morning! We were off to what ended being our home! One thing I learned is that a lot of the hype online can make it seem like buying a home without a realtor is simple, but our experience showed otherwise. We initially tried to be as independent as possible, but we quickly realized that having a realtor was a crucial part of the home-buying process. There are many moving pieces when it comes to buying a family home and having someone to help connect them made a meaningful difference. Our realtor Kent Schlecht ended up being an important part of completing the puzzle with his knowledge of the area, thoughtful advise, and helpful breakdowns of what can at the time seem like overwhelming information. We are extremely greatful for Kent Schlecht and his team Jeff Jackson & Associates. We have no doubt that without their experience, resources, and established relationships in the industry played an important roll in getting us to the closing table. We are convinced that bringing in a seasoned realtor was the reason why we had the results lean in our favor. When it came to negotiating it was all timed on cue and seemed to be addressed at times when it mattered. Our family appreciate the time and effort Kent Schlecht put into helping us through the home buying process, My family and I wish him and the his wonderful team Jeff Jackson & Associates continued success!
Kent Schlect did an excellent job. HE SOLD MY PROPERTY IN 5 DAYS FULL PRICE. THATS THE JOB PEOPLE! I have only praise and thanks for this honest and hard working agent. See for yourself, you wont be disappointed. Thank you for the referral Jeff!
Kent Schlect of Jeff Jackson and Associates represented my husband during the sale of our home. Kent was great at walking us through the sometimes knuckle biting process of selling a home and always took time to answer our questions and keep us in the loop. I can wholeheartedly recommend Kent as a real estate agent.
Kent Schlecht is the best realtor that I've ever worked with. After researching multiple realtors, he was the only realtor that acknowledged and offered condolences. Kent made the whole process painless and helped me to sell the house within 30 days. He helped me from beginning to end and offered advice and support when I needed it the most. Kent treated me like a human being and not just another number. Highly recommend Kent!

Kent is a great realtor and a stand up guy. He explained everything in simple terms for my wife and I, who were first time home buyers, which made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Kent was very humble and patient with all of our questions and never pressured us into making any decisions we were not comfortable with. Rather, he educated us which allowed us to to make informed decisions. If you’re in the market, Kent is the man!
Kent was so helpful during our selling process. Very good communication. Personalized help. Knowledgeable about the current market. He was always available for any questions or concerns that arose.
Kent was very attentive to our needs. He didn’t waste our time looking at houses that didn’t fit our expectations. He was very helpful with any questions we had and very helpful throughout the entire experience. I would recommend Kent and will definitely use Kent as our agent again in the future.
Kent helped my business do a tricky real estate transaction that involved a 1031 exchange. Doing such a transaction involves many moving parts. Where he was lacking knowledge he researched and gained that knowledge. He was responsive, worked hard to not only market and sale this property at a very fair market price but was able to find me a replacement property within the conditions I set forth and at a good price. He understood the real estate process and where he may have some questions he is not afraid to seek and get advice. Above all he works hard for his client, understands who his client is and does so with integrity and professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling real estate. On a personal note I used Kent to sell my personal resident as I had moved out of state. He was able to get me a premium price for my property and completed the process within the parameters we had set forth. I can't speak highly enough of Kent.
I appreciated that Kent works hard, goes above and beyond what is needed. He was always in contact, would meet and beat deadlines. Nothing was ever waiting on Kent, we were always waiting, just how I liked it! He was knowledgeable and did not b.s. us, if Kent didn't know something, he didn't pretend to know what he didn't know, and Kent was quick to find out answers to what he didn't know off-hand. He was honest and dependable. Would use him again.
Extremely professional. Willing to do the research to resolve any issues between buyer snd seller. Would recommend Kent.
