I remember making the phone call which ended up being the best decision we could have made. It was late afternoon and i was surprised to not only have the call answered but Kent immediately without hesitation called me back after making arrangements with another realtor for an appointment on a family home that we were very interested in. The very next morning! We were off to what ended being our home! One thing I learned is that a lot of the hype online can make it seem like buying a home without a realtor is simple, but our experience showed otherwise. Kent helped my business do a tricky real estate transaction that involved a 1031 exchange. Doing such a transaction involves many moving parts. Where he was lacking knowledge he researched and gained that knowledge. He was responsive, worked hard to not only market and sale this property at a very fair market price but was able to find me a replacement property within the conditions I set forth and at a good price. He understood the real estate process and where he may have some questions he is not afraid to seek and get advice.
