We cannot say enough about Kent Patterson, and the first- time experience we had in purchasing a property virtually from another state! Across the country, actually! From the very beginning Kent showed nothing but kindness and understanding, patiently sending us properties to review, never pressuring us in any way. When the “perfect home” came our way through Kent, he worked diligently with our kids that live in the area, walking them through the home with us on FaceTime. Never once did we feel insecure about the process, because he was so thorough in explaining everything along the way, right down to the final walkthrough with our children.
