Kent has been amazing to work with. He has been unbelievably flexible in his availability to make time to do house showings. The first time I knew I could trust him was when we were at a house showing and he made sure to point out things that he would recommend updating or addressing right away and making sure to point out things we didn't notice like smaller quality-of-life perks that a home has that would not be on the homes listing. He has been extremely quick to respond, great with continuing to send us recommendations even when we went over a month without seeing a house that we wanted to tour, his connections in the real estate market is an X-factor that you can't put a price on, and the process was extremely smooth during all steps of the of the homebuying process with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
