When we decided to sell our house, we had lots of questions: What was the market value of the house? Was it better to sell "as is", or invest a lot of money to fix the place up to make it worth top dollar? How much of the sale proceeds would be consumed by fees and taxes? Kenny was able to answer all our questions and give us his advice when we asked for it. He held an open house sale that resulted in an acceptable offer. He handled the negotiations with the buyers agent, guided us through the escrow process, handled the scheduling of the many inspections that are required and made the whole complicated process virtually worry free for us.
