Was it better to sell "as is", or invest a lot of money to fix the place up to make it worth top dollar? How much of the sale proceeds would be consumed by fees and taxes? Kenny was able to answer all our questions and give us his advice when we asked for it. He held an open house sale that resulted in an acceptable offer. He handled the negotiations with the buyers agent, guided us through the escrow process, handled the scheduling of the many inspections that are required and made the whole complicated process virtually worry free for us. He is the realtor I will absolutely use again if the need arises.

Kenny and his wife, Belinda, make an EXCELLENT duo. They worked very well together to help us sell our home. The home was in no condition to be sold, and so we knew we had to completely remodel it. The remodel took MONTHS, but Kenny and Belinda were of TREMENDOUS help in keeping the contractors and us informed, on schedule, and provided good feedback on some design and process decisions. There were some situations that required fixes after construction was completed, and Kenny surprisingly and gratefully took care of them while on his way home from his full-time work. We cannot stress how helpful that was. Both Kenny and Belinda brought in a professional photographer to capture our newly-remodeled house, then sent the images over to a digital staging company that made the home look AMAZING. We had never realized how realistic the digital furniture and accessories could look, and certainly played a big part in driving traffic to our Open House showings. The selling process went smoothly, and once again, we want to stress how warm and caring they both made us feel -- like family. Like friends.
