Buying a new home is extremely intimidating. You're likely making the biggest investment you've ever made in your life and my wife and I were so lucky to find Kenny. He was so accommodating and was able to answer all our questions. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about real estate and purchasing a home but about home repair and maintenance. He got us a massive concession at closing due to some issues needing repair and noticed a breaker box wasn't up to code leading to the seller fixing it before we signed. He helped us develop an offer in our price range and with our available money down that nearly matched the appraisal price exactly and walked us through a really difficult closing process. Once again, I couldn't recommend Kenny highly enough. My wife and I enjoyed working with him, and if we'd ever like to purchase another home he'll be the first call we make!

Throughout the years, I had heard about Kenny Villanueba. First from my parents and the sale of their home, then my brother purchased his. So when it came time to buy my own, I knew Kenny was the realtor to go with because they had nothing but positive things about Kenny’s ability. 2021 was not an easy market, but from the get, go Kenny said patience was a virtue, and sure enough, that was true.
