Candice and Mia have been our 3 time realtors, needless to say, they have become good friends at the end of the process. They both helped us get our first home 6 years ago and now they helped us sell and buy a new home again. Both Mia and Candice our experienced professionals who made the stressful process of selling the house as smooth as possible. They were our guide, confidant and advocate. In covid times, when communication is harder, they were always available day or night. From staging our house, to excellent professional pictures to finding the most suitable buyer, they do it all! And when you are buying, you want to have a realtor who cares where you live. They were always available to help us look for a new place, do the paperwork within record times to beat the market. Their communication skills at negotiating in covid times helped us close a deal that almost seemed impossible. This was my first time buying a home and I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Candice and her team.
