After interviewing a couple of agents we decided to go with Ken to list our home. His fee's were VERY reasonable; he offered the same services(more actually) as other Realtors that were more. Professional staging was included along with professional photography. He was always available to come turn on lights and open up windows before showings (this was important to us as we know what its like to walk into a cold/dark listing where lights are off and windows blinds are shut), then return an hour later to turn everything off and make sure the house was secured. I've never had a Realtor offer to do that before. We took his advise on what to do to get the house prepared to go on the market and it resulted in a quick sale. I highly recommend him and his results speak for themselves.
