From before the first meeting all the way through completing the sale, Ken was always very prepared and kept us appraised of what's happening through constant communication. We met with multiple agents before selecting and Ken was way more prepared. He asked several questions to bring a net sheet to our first meeting and I knew, he would be up to the task with his preparation and attention to detail. We had many questions throughout the process and he was always willing to take the time to answer those questions. In the end, Ken got us multiple offers over asking price and our home was sold for a great price within 24 hours of listing!
