Kendrick helped the reviewer sell this property

After my mother's passing, I needed to sell her home in Santa Barbara

After my mother's passing, I needed to sell her home in Santa Barbara. Unfortunately I lived over 200 miles away. I interviewed several agents, conducted extensive research, and picked Kendrick to represent us as the sellers. Boy, what a fantastic choice! The home needed several improvements which Kendrick recommended and professionally performed with his trusted tradesmen. We had several small repairs to make, new front and rear landscaping, interior painting, cleaning, staging which were all handled remotely and with efficiency and speed. Kendrick was incredibly responsive day or night usually within a minute of my text, call, or email. If he was not available immediately, he would let me know when he would be, and never failed to call back. This was extremely important being that we were located so far away. The process proceeded like clockwork. The marketing was the best I have seen including all the major internet real estate sites, videos, local papers/mailers, etc. He held an open house one weekend and immediately we received multiple offers. The house sold and closed in 7 days well over the asking price! I don't think we would have had the same result without Kendrick. If you want and agent who will handle everything from start to finish with outstanding results, look no further than Kendrick!
