We ran a Google search of woman realtors in Southern Maryland. It was pure luck that we chose Kendra McCourt. (We finally got it eliminated, or the house wouldn't have sold.) Kendra did us a tremendous service by securing a stager for us at no charge. I don't know how she did this. We would've been stumbling in the dark, trying prepare the house for prospective buyers. We completed the sale from 2,600 miles away, as we needed to move before the house sold. Kendra was a gem in this process. The best thing about working with Kendra is her bright spirit and optimism. There was never a single stumble, never a problem in our process as the sellers.
