Kendra is a terrific realtor. She was upfront with us through the whole process and helped us to get off on the right foot. She helped us create a game plan to get the house ready for the market and worked with us along the way, especially explaining all of the paperwork that comes with the closing and settlement of the house. She went above and beyond as we moved from the state right after the house went on the market and she checked with us from time to time to ensure things were going well. When we ran into speed-bumps with the HOA she was there to help us navigate through the process to ensure everything was in order. Kendra was very knowledgeable of the local market and developed a game plan that resulted in a successful sale and very satisfied clients! If we had stayed in state, we would have used Kendra as our realtor to purchase our next property.
Kendra was great to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the market in our home and was able to advise us on what needed to be done to prepare the house for sale. She was willing to share had news as well as good. When new information became available showing a slight downturn in the market, she was quick to let us know. I would work with her again.
