I attribute our successful purchase to Kendra's recommendation to view one more house, which had just come on the market, after a morning which was filled with several disappointing prospects. Her ability to arrange an afternoon viewing, while we took care of other business, lead to our offer which was ultimately accepted by the seller within 24 hours.
