Kendra was very knowledgeable about the current market values, interest rates and communication. Always let us know when the now owner was coming by. We have not bought or sold a house in 27 years, so she held our hands through the entire process. Paper work is always hard to navigate and Kendra was always available to answer our questions. We would recommend her to any of our friends or family!! Lastly, just genuinely a good person and agent!

Wow, it was such a pleasure to work with Kendra! We are a complicated bunch with high standards and different tastes. Given that, Kendra showed us over 60 properties before we ended up buying our Napa dream house. We really appreciated Kendra's wonderful relatedness, her reliable follow-through, her market expertise, her knowledge about septic tanks, inspections, and construction, and the large amount of time that she spent with us over a period of 3 months. She also went above and beyond setting up and coordinating appointments with inspectors, working with lenders and not pressuring us at all to make offers on any of the properties we saw. It was quite a process, and she was there all the way, happily working with us through all the steps needed to purchase our home. We really loved the experience with her and would recommend her without reservations.

The property we wanted to sell was owned by roughly 20 relatives. Getting everyone together for the sale was set up to be quite a complicated mess to say the least. Our cousin, Gail, had recently dealt with Kendra and highly recommended her, so we all agreed to use her and it could not have worked out better. Kendra took on our difficult task and had everything organized and running smoothly in a short amount of time. The whole experience was very pleasant, and I always felt Kendra had everything under control. The property sold without a hitch. If I move to the Sonoma area, I will be using Kendra Martin as my realtor and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property in the Sonoma area.

Kendra Martin is amazing. This property had been in the family for over 90 years and had 21 owners. It took over a year to get it legally ready for sale. Kendra patiently guided us through a very difficult task. She was heaven sent! We couldn’t have done it without her. Cannot say enough superlatives about Kendra. She’s the best!
