Kendell made the process pleasant and stress-free!

Before starting the home buying process, I wasn’t sure if I needed a realtor or not. As we started constructing and issues came up, I was glad that I had one. Many people think that buying a home is stressful, but Kendell made it extremely easy. I got to enjoy visiting the house 1-2 times a week as construction went on and any issues I found, I only had to report to Kendell instead of contacting the builder myself. Kendell made the process pleasant and stress-free. This was my first new home construction purchase and She provided a lot of insights and recommendations that turned out to be beautiful additions to our home. She was extremely organized and able to provide details, updates, or POC information from the builder when requested. Her end goal was always my happiness with the home. If you’re not using Kendell as your next realtor, then you’re missing out.
