Kendall was great throughout our home buying process. We were originally referred to Kendall through USAA's (our bank) home buying process. Kendall's understanding of the local housing marking, the variability in interest rates (we were purchasing during a small spike in rates), and tactics in making a successful offer landed us in a wonderful home at a very comfortable price. Our house hunting process spanned several months and throughout the process Kendall never pressured us to close on a home we weren't fully satisfied with. She actually did the opposite! She stopped us a couple of times from making an offer on home we would have essentially been 'settling' on. How many people can say their realtor told them not to make an offer? She encouraged us to investigate as many home as we wanted, accommodated our schedule, and was always a pleasure to work with. Communications were regular and very open and even during a vacation period, she set us up with another realtor to accommodate showings in her absence. I would highly recommend Kendall to anyone asking for a realtor.

We had worked with a few other realtors over a couple year time span searching for the "perfect home". All of them would show us what we asked to look at. We ran across a listing that Kendall had and we had a showing on that particular home but it was not a match for us. She proceeded to ask us detailed questions on what exactly we were looking for and within a couple of hours we were presented with a complete list of homes in the area we were looking and found our dream home immediately after.
