She set up automated emails of new listings meeting our criteria, responded to questions, met in-laws, streamed home tours, and had such a deep and broad knowledge of all the tools available to us to sweeten our offers in a buyer’s market while also protecting ourselves. When our offer was accepted, she worked fast and expertly shepherded us through escrow and all that it entails. 10/10 recommend Kendall for any home-buying or -selling needs.
