The Real and The Fake Truth: Kendall asked me to write a review. She did Not tell me what to write. See, I'm a FSBO. Sometimes I put the sign out to test the waters. Sometimes I really want to sell a house. I am not fond of Realtors. To say I "hate them..." is pushing it. (But sometimes...) Last year, 2023, I put a very unique 1940's wood frame house with an in-ground pool up for sale (by owner.) Oh! The Realtors who called!! "I can sell your house in five days." "I'll only charge you 4% commission." "Here's some comps..." (There are no comparison properties in Martin County for this house. This is Not a cookie cutter house.) Some listened to what I had to say. Most did not. At the beginning of COVID I was enrolled in a Realtor's class. I just wanted to see what it was all about. I didn't know what I wanted to do with the license when I got it, if I got it. But in the end I had a very good understanding what "being an Agent" was. You're on the Bottom of The Food Chain!'" COVID "allowed" people to get the Agent license in the privacy of their own home. "PUMP OUT THE AGENTS!!" As I mentioned before, Some Agents listened to me. Most did Not. Pretty presentations do not impress me when you look at me like I'm an idiot. In walks Kendall.... We talked for a bit, forty five minutes to an hour about....Well, really nothing. We were getting a feel for each other. The relationship started. Kendall wished me well and if I didn't want to go it alone....She handed me her card. Of all the brochures, presentations, pretty colored cards, people in suits, The Florida attire (Yes(!) Some one came in flip flops,) Kendall stood out because I wasn't a commission. I was a person. In conclusion, Yes, I would recommend Kendall to "sell" my house. Maybe you could give her a chance too.
