Kendall was amazing! My mom flew down there to look at houses for me and they looked at 18 houses in 3 days. Kendall was very helpful in getting all the paperwork needed by the HOA to facilitate my closing. She met me the night before the closing to walk through the house and gave me all the information I needed for the closing the next day. Kendall also met me for the closing and helped me send in all the paperwork for my gate code and decal for the neighborhood.
