My total experience was good

I had a property that I felt would be hard to sell. I purchased it about a year and a half ago for $20,000. When I decided to sell I had it listed with a different agent/real estate company. He didn't show it once in 5 months. I relished it with Kendall and MB&A because MB&A helped us find a home so we could move to Florida. Kendall did a great job and had a lot of showings. She tried to keep me positive when I doubted it would sell. It took some time, but she got the job done. I had been offered $5,000 but Kendall got an offer of $16,000. She was very friendly and very professional regarding a personal situation that was going on behind the scenes. I would recommend Kendall and MB&A any day of the week. Two thumbs up!
