Have bought several homes in my lifetime. Third time with Ken Worthington. And once again, my experience confirms he’s the best. Ken is knowledgeable-not only about real estate laws and processes- but moving in general. Many times he made my life easier by being there for me and guiding me in the right direction. Ken’s communication is as frequent as it needs to be-and always pertinent. He thought of things that I did not. The combination of his know-how and flow of information ensured that I had absolutely no unanswered questions. No surprises. He is professional, reliable and has integrity. I trust and respect Ken, and those standards are reciprocated. So yeah. I would utilize his expertise again. In a heartbeat.
