My husband and I had been looking for 3mo prior to finding our place. I found the place 2 nights before we were set to load our moving truck. I called Ken that evening and he returned my call within an hour or 2. The day before and the day of our pack out Ken was in constant communication and very detailed in giving me all information seeing as how I was from another state. He was patient with me filling out paperwork electronically while I was packing my house. All our transactions were either by phone, text and email which made renting for the first time in over 20 years easier for us. He’s upfront, understanding, patient and knowledgeable about what he does and we’re grateful for that experience.
