I contacted Ken Wong via Zillow to view a rental property on Sunday, Nov 1. He was very prompt in his response. I filled out an application via Zillow immediately as he asked so that he could schedule an appointment for me to view the property. He scheduled me to view the property later that day at 2:15pm. I traveled an hr and a half from my current residence to view the rental unit. He was not there, but a worker was and I was let in. I liked the property and when I tried to contact him later that day and several days after via email and calls, he completely ignored me. He has still not answered an email or returned my call. Today I went on Zillow to check the property and it has been removed. It is very rude and inconsiderate to waste people's time. He could've easily replied to my email and let me know the owners have changed their minds about renting it, but instead he chose to not communicate at all.
