I recently had the pleasure of meeting Ken Riley while exploring real estate opportunities in the Eureka Springs area. As I was visiting from out of state and in the area for a limited time, Ken spent a lot of time and went to great effort to introduce me to the area, showing me a large number of homes of all different kinds and parts of the community. In addition to properties I asked to see, Ken seemed to quickly tune in to what unusual properties might also be interesting for me and came up with many to visit. He was extremely resourceful with solutions and improvements I could make to a property if purchased, as well as being a veritable botanical genius, full of landscaping ideas. Ken was very generous with his time, and took me on what I affectionately call the Grand Tour of greater Eureka Springs. He was very enthusiastic and helpful in orienting me to the community resources and great recreational opportunities in the area. I live in a city with a robust high-pressure real estate market, and was astonished at Ken's patience and no-pressure approach which gave me the freedom to relax and comfortably consider the properties we saw. As we spent a lot of time driving in Ken's truck, I also got to know a man I found to be a lovely human being. In addition to having expert knowledge in his field, I found Ken to be kind, gracious and of marked integrity. I would trust Ken completely with any real estate transaction.
