Ken made selling our house a fun experience. He paid top dollar for a professional photographer who made our house look amazing on realtor.com. It looked so good that it was only on the market 2 days before we had a cash offer. Ken helped us with response to buyers’s questions and responses. He also priced our house appropriately so that it sold quickly which is what we wanted. Only suggestion would be that Ken not take on too many sales at once - he seemed exhausted at times but always came through. He’s such a nice guy - really fun to work with. Highly recommend!

Ken gave our property great exposure through advertising, electronic media and open houses. He willingly showed the property even though it was distant from his office. I think he could improve his client communication with more updates on activity (I had to call most times to find out what was happening, hence thev4 star rating).
