A source of support and strength during a chaotic time

We sought a new home for our growing family and early on Ken was able to give us informed advice on how the market was operating and we wish we had listened to it earlier. We also had to sell our old house and after putting it on market our first offer came in less than a week and above asking. Each new house we looked at he was able to advise about factors we werent aware of and almost always had a great relationship with the other realtors that made the process more expedient and pleasant. The house we wound up purchasing was owned by Zillow and proved incredibly difficult and unprofessional. As the escrow got dirtier and more chaotic Ken was able to maintain composure and increase pressure on Zillow to hold to their contract and we closed escrow early with all of our needs met. Thanks to Ken we have our forever home to raise and grow our family and will always be grateful.
