The house we wound up purchasing was owned by Zillow and proved incredibly difficult and unprofessional. As the escrow got dirtier and more chaotic Ken was able to maintain composure and increase pressure on Zillow to hold to their contract and we closed escrow early with all of our needs met. Thanks to Ken we have our forever home to raise and grow our family and will always be grateful.
