Ken went above in beyond with the sale of our home in Mont Belvieu in providing feedback on home in preparation for sale, helping arrange contractors for renovations, visiting and checking on the property (we moved away), helping fix any issues/repairs that came up, and even pressure-washing our driveway. His market analysis was good, and we worked closely together to determine sell strategy and objectives and adjusted as needed in what turned out to be a tight market for homes in our price range. Overall, a very good experience despite the tight market conditions.
